This is an imperfect world, where we have set perfect goals. In a perfect world one would be successful and have more or less everything in world, then again this is an imperfect goal, we all have our challenges, we have to face good and bad things and situation. What makes the imperfection even worse is that one has the pressure to be good at everything. No one can achieve success alone; we need partners to get success, so in order to get successful recognizing one’s talent and abilities of others is also necessary.

Treat your weakness as the to do list:

Weakness can be changed when we treat them like extreme down falls. We know our weakness and strengths; in order to achieve a bigger goal in life we need to make our weaknesses are strengths. The need of the hour is identification of weaknesses and listing or penning them down so that we know our targets.

Combine the strengths of others: The best way to improve your weakness is to find someone who is great at it and team up with them. Then one will compensate from weaknesses of each other, at the same learn from each other, and also motivate to change. The key here is to make the most of it and, and use it for our benefit.
